How to say Merry Christmas in Turkish

Muslim Turks don't go around saying Merry Christmas to each other, but if you are Christian of any denomination, it is perfectly OK to say Merry Christmas to your average Turk.

In Turkish, that would be mutlu Noeller. You may have noticed that we made Christmas plural there. Strange as it may sound, that is the way to say it. You can expect a thank you or size de (formal way of saying to you as well) or its informal cousin sana da.
